I searched a lot of solution on internet community whether its youtube expert videos or even talked to amd tech support all those had one and only solution to be adviced that is to clean uninstall the graphics driver with DDU , which i already did 10 times to be atleast in hope that now or this time it might fix it , but im fed up now.
And yes as above yhe other guy is telling about updates running in background let me clear you guys, i dont have any windows update running in the background cause im have totally updated and paised the windows update.
Hey Mayank, I tried something that definitely lowered the possibilities of crashing it still does sometimes, but not as often. Download the graphics drivers from amd If I have to guess, you download the adrenalin drivers, right? Now clean your drivers uninstall your current one , maybe turn off the internet so windows update doesn't install drivers automatically, and restart your computer.
After restarting, run the recently downloaded drivers, and when it tells where to extract, keep the path copied! It will then show you a nice splash screen and prompt you to install the adrenalin drivers. Instead, just close the installer, go to device manager, right click on your graphics card under "Display Adapters" it will probably say Microsoft basic adapters or something , then manually install drivers, and use the path you copied previously.
That way you will have drivers installed without the adrenalin program itself so no radeon relive etc. Actually just after posting this i tried to download an manual adrelian recommended software oine from AMD site. Im just fed up with this issue , could you please enusre if possible for you to tell tlright from there that is it a hardware issue or could be done software wise only.
As AMD site is obviosuly recognising my drivers to autodetect download , please confirm is my hardware done for real or still a chance to fix somehow with software configurations. I tried all this manula update thing from dwvice mamager still crahsed and another earlier my action tray would always show adralin software appering there since the issue it just doesnt shows anything related to amd graphics in action tray.
