During the competitive season, which begins in January, the outdoor season beginning in April, she trains, competes, then recovers and then competes again. There have been baubles, strains and the wear and tear of her sport, but she has kept her eyes on the goal. But what about the hundreds of thousands that train for their whole lives and don't make it in?
